We do provide web ready high resolution JPG files great for the Zoom over feature of the websites. For image cut out on transparent background, there is a $3-$5 charge as this is an additional feature offered.

Yes we do offer Lifestyle Product Photography. We are able to shoot Models too, if you can provide them. You are allowed to be present during the(client provided) Model shoot, if specific instructions are provided. View our Lifestyle Photography

Standard Turnaround Time: Our standard turnaround time for product photography is 7-10 business days from the date of receiving the products and confirming the shoot details.
Rush Delivery Option: For clients requiring expedited services, we offer a rush delivery option. This service guarantees delivery of the final edited images within 3-5 business days from the date of receiving the products and confirming the shoot details.
Additional Charges: A rush delivery fee of $10/pic will be applied for the 3-4 business day turnaround. For a 48-hour turnaround, a rush fee of $25 of the total project cost will be added. Product Receipt Confirmation: Turnaround time begins once we have received all the necessary products and have confirmed the shoot details with the client.
Quality Assurance: While we strive to meet our promised turnaround times, our commitment to delivering high-quality images remains paramount. Quality will never be compromised for speed.
Weekends and Holidays: Our business days exclude weekends and national holidays. These days are not counted towards the standard or rush delivery times.
Communication: Clear and timely communication from the client regarding their requirements, feedback, and approval is essential to ensure that we meet the agreed-upon turnaround time.
Multiple Product Orders: For orders containing a large number of products or complex setups, the turnaround time may be extended. Clients will be informed of any potential delays upfront.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control, the turnaround time may be affected. We will notify clients promptly should any delays occur due to such circumstances.

Our product photography pricing is per Final Picture. The quote is offered once we get the details of the product you wish to photograph. We send the precise quote almost immediately.

Yes. The product photos will be Amazon-ready. We are Amazon Approved Product Photography services and strictly follow Amazon Image requirements.

Yes. We do return ship the items. However we do add the charges to the invoice. OR Customers can include a return shipping label in the shipment. We will return the items in the same box along with it.

We would need prior to the shoot if there are any special instructions regarding the photography. Once the work is done and you get to preview them, you can request re-touchup and minor variations, we will do it at no extra charge. However additional charges may apply for the requests that deviates from your original instructions. If somehow you are not still happy with the results you can opt to cancel the complete project at no cost before the images are released. You will still be liable for return shipping cost. To avoid any such hassle, we offer a small product sample before completing the whole project. This ensures that you are happy with our services.
