1 What types of product photography do you offer?
We offer studio product photograpy, lifestyle images, Amazon/e-commerce photography, white background shots, product-infographics and ghost-mannequin photography.
2 Do you shoot for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms?
Yes our images are optimized for Amazon, Shopify, E-bay, Walmart and other marketplaces to meet their specific guidelines and boost conversions.
In case any particular marketplace photography is required, we are capable of catering to those photo-specific needs as well.
3 Where is the photoshoot done?
Shoots are done in our studio or on-location depending on the products and its creative needs.
4 How many images will I receive?
It depends on the package you select. Most Amazon packages include 6-7 Amazon ready images. We can quote for the needed number of images as per the project requirement.
For Volumes, special pricing and discounts are available depending on the number of images and the type of product.

6 Can you match a specific brand style of competitor look?
Yes, we are able to do so. Please share reference images or brand guidelines for the same.
7 What file formats and sizes do you deliver?
We deliver high-resolution JPGE or PNG files that are optimized for web and print. Custom sizes are available upon request. (This may incur additional charges depending on the requirement)
8 What is your turnaround time?
Our standard tunraround time is 1 week. For rush projects turnaround times of 2 days/3 days/4 days are provided at additional cost.
1 How can I get a quote for my project?
We would request some details about the product and the kind of photos you need in order to offer an exact quote for the work. Please use the contact form for this purpose.
2 How do you structure the pricing?
Per item/ per image- Best for e-commerce, where you pay a flat rate for a set number of images per product.
Pricing depends on the type of product to be photographed.
3 What factors affect the cost of a photoshoot?
The final price depends on several factors: the number of products, complexity of the shoot (e.g., reflective surfaces, assembly), the number of final edited images, styling requirements, and the need for models.
Any specific requirement related to the project will be factored in while offering the quote.
4 Do you offer Volume discounts for large projects?
Yes. If you have a large inventory, we offer tiered pricing where the cost per item decreases as the volume of products increases.
5 How do you charge for lifestyle or editorial photography?
Lifestyle photos, which show your product in a real-life setting, are typically quoted as a project-based fee or a day rate. These are more expensive than white-background shots because they often involve specialized lighting, custom sets, and creative directing.
6 What is the cost of image usage rights/licensing?
Our standard packages include licensing for website, e-commerce, and social media usage. If you need images for large-scale advertising, billboards, or print, additional licensing fees may apply based on the duration and scope of the usage.
7 How long does it take to get final images, and are there rush fees?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 5-7 business days. For urgent deadlines, we offer a rush service for an additional fee, usually calculated depending on 2 days /3 days rush time.
8 Do I need to pay for shipping for my products?
Yes, clients are responsible for shipping products to our studio and covering the cost of return shipping. We ask that you provide a prepaid return label if you want the items returned.
1 How should I ship my products to your studio?
We recommend using a carrier with tracking (like FedEx or UPS). Please ensure products are securely padded and include a packing slip with your order number. Once your items arrive, we’ll send a confirmation email to let you know they are safe in our studio.
2 What is your standard turnaround time?
Our standard delivery is 5–7 business days after we receive your products and project approval. For larger catalogs (50+ items) or complex "lifestyle" shoots, we will provide a custom timeline during the booking process.
3 Do you provide the props, or do I need to send them?
We have a curated library of standard props and backgrounds (marble, wood, solid colors) available at no extra cost. If your brand requires specific perishables (like fresh fruit) or niche lifestyle items, you can either ship them to us or we can source them for a small shopping fee.
4 Is basic retouching and editing included in the price?
Yes! Every image includes standard retouching: dust removal, color correction, and minor blemish cleanup. Advanced "hero" retouching—such as complex compositing or fixing major product defects—is available as an add-on service.
5 Do you ship my products back after the shoot is over?
Yes, we can return your items if you provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Alternatively, we can store them for future shoots or donate them to a local charity if you’d prefer to save on return shipping costs.
6 Who owns the rights to the photos once they are delivered?
Upon final payment, we grant you a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the images for your website, social media, and digital advertising. We retain the right to use the images in our professional portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested.
7 How do I receive my final high-resolution images?
Once your project is complete and the balance is paid, we provide a private link to a digital gallery. From there, you can download high-resolution files for print and web-optimized versions for your e-commerce store.
